MegaPath released a new Voice Asset Management section in the MegaPath Customer Portal, making it even easier for Administrators to manage Voice users, features, and assets. New features include the ability to assign and configure phones from inventory, swap phones between users, create and reset Voice Manager password, and set email addresses for voicemail forwarding and transcription. To access the new section, log in, go to the Voice Services section, and click on the "Manage Now" link in the new Voice Asset Management box.
