Existing customers may use their legacy customer portal username and password credentials to access the new portal.


When accessing the new portal for the first time, you will be guided through a 2-step account creation process.

  1. 1. Confirm existing account information and populate any missing fields.
  2. 2. Set up a minimum of two security questions should you forget your password in the future.

New Customers

Get help with setting up your account.

As a new customer, you will receive an email containing a link to access the customer portal.


When you access the portal via the emailed link, you will be guided through a 4-step new account creation process, which includes setting up a username, password, and security questions.

Chat Support Feature Now Available in Portal

The MegaPath Portal now offers a live chat feature to make it easier for you to get support. To open a chat session, simply click on the "Chat Now" link that appears in the top right navigation bar after login.

Live chat support is available at the following times:

  • Order Provisioning and Technical chat support: 8am to 8pm ET, Monday-Friday
  • Billing chat support: 9am to 8pm ET, Monday-Friday
