The MegaPath Customer Portal Voice Administration section has been improved for customers on our R17 Voice platform. Upon clicking on the "Manage Now" link in the Voice Administration box within the Portal's Voice section, customers on R17 will experience a new intuitive interface making it easier for Voice Administrators to manage MegaPath Hosted Voice features and services for assigned groups and users.
